I am a licensed psychotherapist located in Berkeley and
Castro Valley.  I offer counseling for adults, teens and families. I provide short term therapy for people in stressful situations such as grief, relationship or career choices. I provide in-depth therapy for people dealing with chronic or reoccuring issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or dysfunctional families.

My downtown Berkeley office is located walking distance from BART, U.C. Berkeley, Berkeley High School and Herrick Hospital. 

My Castro Valley office is located near Safeway, within walking distance from Castro Valley High School and BART.
