Some perspective

All of you, your whole being, is invited into my room, where it is safe to be yourself.  You will be greeted with my care, interest and attention.  You will set the pace and intensity of our work and I will direct you only as deeply as you are ready to go. 

Deepened consciousness, feeling felt and clarity are often the outcome of therapy, as well as increase self awareness and shifts in behavior that support your needs, creating homeostasis and ease in your life.

Facing fears and limiting patterns in your life, feeling intense emotions (good ones too!) and ah ha! moments are all essential aspects of this journey which can enrich your life.
